following teams to play against the Rother League for the
Sellings Cup 2008 at Staplecross on Thursday 17th
July 2008 for a 6.15 pm sharp start.
Please would all Mermaid League players wear their own club insignia.

May I give a
gentle reminder that ALL clubs - playing or not - should
provide a decent raffle prize and some cakes - to be delivered
to Staplecross Bowls Club before 6 p.m. on 17th July
2006.
I am pleased
that 10 of the 11 Mermaid Clubs managed to nominate at least one
member to play. We have done our best to even out the numbers
and to put people in their preferred playing positions. Equally
importantly, we hope that we have managed to select a winning
team this year so that the Cup can return to us and put the
Mermaid League 1 up on 6 – 5! Good luck everyone!
Please Note: If any of
the selected players are unable to play, the Secretary must be
notified no later than 12th July by email:
secretary@mermaidbowlsleague.co.uk; or telephone 07795
205284 (leave a message); or via the web site. Upon such
notification, the Secretary will telephone the Club contact for
one of the Reserves to play. Please do not make individual
arrangements.
