  3. To be returned to arrive with the Secretary before 24th October 2009

The Menu is here - It will not be possible to offer any other choice on the day.

Please ensure that your nominated contact will be available on the telephone on 31st October from 6 to 8 p.m. for final confirmation.  

Send no money now - you will be told when and how much.
